Hiring a realtor will be the best decision you make! Whether you're investing, buying, selling, or leasing your agent will only be looking out for your best interest. You have better chances of getting a better offer, selling/leasing your property faster, finding a property, and have a great experience when it comes to the buying, selling, or leasing process.
"But I can do it myself." Sure you can but when you hire an agent you can get:
-more money for your property
-someone who will market your property for you
-a faster sale
-someone who will help with all the paperwork
-help with showings
-someone who knows the market
-access to off-market properties
-someone who knows the red flags in a property
-can help point out small fixes that will help your properties market value increase
-and so much more
It is important to find the right agent for you though. Someone who specializes in what you're looking for or selling/leasing as well as someone who knows the area like the back of their hand. The realtor and client should have the right connection because you will be working closely together and want to make sure that you are both on the same page. Finding the right agent can be easy.
