Property Review - Property Type: Office

"Cassie was very patient with everyone." - Will H.

CHALLENGE

A nonprofit organization was looking for a property that would house not only its management offices and meeting rooms, but also a food pantry for those in need.

As Such, location was extremely important for this transaction. The organization needed to be located very close to the community that it intended to serve.

Price was also an issue. As a nonprofit, this organization was operating on a super-tight budget. But that wasn't true of Realtor® Cassie Wells. She was ready to tackle the organization's real estate problems head on.

ACTION

This was what makes Cassie unique as a real estate agent. Other agents might have turned the other way, but Cassie viewed this deal as an opportunity to truly make a difference for the community, and she didn't hesitate to take it on!

She started scouring real estate listings for a place that could fulfill this organization's needs at a price it could afford.

Beyond location and price, Cassie faced yet another issue: a number of individuals within the organization had a say in the decision. Cassie attended many weekly meetings to ensure that everyone involved could learn about and check out the potential properties.

The chosen place, 3207 McAuthur Dr. in North Little Rock, required a major makeover. Cassie invested the necessary time to meet with contractors at building sites to make sure the organization got exactly what it wanted and needed.

RESULT

After a long, winding road of paperwork and negotiations, the appraisal was completed, the deal was closed, and the building received a facelift.

The property now promises to be a buzzing community center, where folks can come together, hold meetings, and get what they need from the food pantry. It's a win for the whole community!
