This is an update on how the multifamily sector is doing in 2019. Which is doing great. Two reasons are 55 plus and opportunity zones. 55 plus people are retiring, their children and grandchildren live across the county. So they enjoy traveling – leading to them not wanting to do maintenance. Also, new apartments have many amenities. Most of the older apartments are in opportunity zones. There has been a 180% increase in loans in opportunity zones.
